Port Geographe Marina will have pens available for berthing at Race Week 2016 as per PGM’s, General Terms and Conditions.

 

After downloading the Pen Rental form from either the Port Geographe Website (www.pgmarina.com.au) or the link included on this page, please complete all relative information, including signatures and credit card details, then Email your completed Pen Rental form , together with a current copy of your vessels insurance to info@pgmarina.com.au or fax - (08) 9754 8311.  Click here. Once completed forms are received PGM staff will process your booking and provide you with your receipt and Pen Number information. Bookings and Pen number information will not proceed without all required information being supplied. Port Geographe reserve the right to change your Pen allocation if required.

 

As the number of entrants is unknown, competitors will be served on a first come first served basis and penned according to availability.

Once all individual pen space has been booked, only space with rafting will be available.

Vessels will be measured by their OVERALL length NOT their registered or waterline length as per below - 

 

  • Yachts up to 8.1 m ---8metre pen rate applies Yachts up to 10.1m—10 metre pen rate applies

  • Yachts up to 12.1m—12 metre pen rate applies Yachts up to 15.1m – 15 metre pen rate applies

  • Yachts up to 17.1m—17 metre pen rate applies Yachts up to 20.1m – 20 metre pen rate applies

 

Due to the Raceweek car-park area setup, Boat lifting & haul out facilities will be unavailable from 1:00pm Saturday 13th February to 2.00pm Friday 19th  February; this includes the lifting of boats on/off trucks.

Bookings are essential as boats will only be lifted in accordance with the booking schedule.

 

During the Event dates above, Yacht lifting will only be carried out in emergency only circumstances, and only after permission from the race committee has been obtained in writing and in accordance with any conditions attached to that permission.

 

It is a condition of entry that vessels must moor in accordance with directions of Port Geographe Marina Staff and are bound by PGM Terms and Conditions. Please download Terms and Conditions from Pen Pricing Forms
